Yes. FastNet Cloud integrates directly with Safaricom's M-Pesa API for seamless payment processing including STK Push, real-time payment reconciliation, automated SMS confirmations, and transaction history.

Yes. FastNet Cloud integrates directly with MikroTik RouterOS for automated PPPoE user management, hotspot user synchronization, bandwidth monitoring, traffic shaping, and remote configuration backups.

Yes. FastNet Cloud includes full PPPoE subscriber management with automated provisioning, suspension, and reactivation through MikroTik RouterOS. Each subscriber gets a dedicated PPPoE secret with rate-limited bandwidth profiles.

After your 14-day trial, you enter a 7-day grace period where you can still log in and view data but cannot create new resources. After the grace period, the account is suspended until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted.

Plan limits are enforced at the backend, middleware, and UI levels. You cannot exceed your plan's branch, router, customer, or PPPoE limits. When a limit is reached, you are guided to upgrade. Each business receives one free trial.

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time. All your data and configuration will be preserved. Contact our team to discuss upgrading your plan to unlock higher limits and additional features.
