Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastNet Cloud ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

FastNet Cloud provides a multi-tenant ISP operations platform including but not limited to customer management, billing, router configuration, hotspot services, and reporting tools.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed through M-Pesa or other designated payment methods. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

6. Data Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

FastNet Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be exported and made available for 90 days before permanent deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
