Refund Policy
1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except as described below. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the service.
2. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining months of service.
3. M-Pesa Payment Refunds
M-Pesa payments for hotspot vouchers or service renewals are processed immediately and are non-refundable once the service has been activated. Please verify your purchase before completing payment.
4. Service Credits
In cases of extended service downtime exceeding 24 hours, you may be eligible for service credits applied to your next billing cycle. Contact support to request a credit assessment.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund is warranted outside of these policies, please contact our support team. We review each case individually and strive to resolve disputes fairly.
