Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to: network intrusion, spam distribution, copyright infringement, and distribution of malicious software.

2. Network Abuse

You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or any connected networks. This includes denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts, and resource abuse.

3. Data Integrity

You may not access, modify, or delete data belonging to other tenants. Each tenant is strictly isolated and cross-tenant data access is prohibited and monitored.

4. Resource Usage

Fair usage policies apply to platform resources including API calls, storage, and bandwidth. Excessive usage that impacts platform performance for other tenants may result in rate limiting.

5. Trial and Account Abuse

Each business is entitled to one free trial. Attempting to circumvent this limitation by creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or manipulating device fingerprints constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.

6. Credential Sharing

Account credentials may not be shared across organizations. Each user must have their own account with appropriate role-based permissions. Shared credentials pose a security risk and violate this policy.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@fastnetcloud.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable. We reserve the right to remove content and disable accounts without prior notice.
